Out West Floral is a boutique floral design studio and flower farm based in Alpine, Texas—though always ready to travel wherever beauty calls. Founded by owner and lead designer Katiyah Ceynowa, the studio specializes in weddings, corporate events, custom installations, and destination floral design that reflects the spirit of the Southwest and the individuality of each client.

With over seventeen years of experience in floral design and event planning, Katiyah brings a bold, “out-of-the-box” approach to her work. Her signature style blends unexpected elements with refined composition, resulting in arrangements that are deeply personal, visually striking, and rooted in nature. Every design is crafted to complement and elevate its setting, making it unmistakably your own.

Katiyah grew up in the Texas Hill Country, immersed in the hospitality industry from a young age. Surrounded by the rhythm of service and celebration, she developed a deep appreciation for detail, presentation, and the emotional impact of beautifully curated experiences. After moving west to attend Sul Ross State University, she fell in love with the enchantment of West Texas and made Alpine her home—a place where her creative roots could truly flourish.

In addition to designing, Katiyah now grows many of the flowers she uses. Out West Floral has expanded to include a working flower farm, where seasonal blooms are cultivated with care and intention. From succulents to specialty cut flowers, each stem is grown to reflect the studio’s commitment to sustainability, freshness, and artistry. Whenever possible, Katiyah sources locally or from U.S.-based growers and forages desert botanicals to honor the native landscape.
